KKaren Silver has been practicing family law exclusively for over 25 years. Ms. Silver has extensive experience preparing and litigating high conflict custody, large asset marital dissolution, and high income child support and spousal support cases. Her practice includes the negotiating, structuring and drafting of complex premarital, post-nuptial, and dissolution settlement agreements. Ms. Silver was admitted to the California State Bar in December 1997. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in June 1997 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California in May 1994. Ms. Silver has written family law articles for several parenting publications and has been selected as a “Rising Star” and “Super Lawyer” by Los Angeles Magazine’s Southern California’s Super Lawyers.

Ms. Silver is a Los Angeles native. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, as well as reading, going to the beach and volunteering for various philanthropies. Additionally, she serves as family law counsel to Los Angeles’ largest synagogue which institution includes several schools and camps.
